When life feels heavy, therapy can help you carry it differently.
Sometimes the mind is loud, sleep is thin, stress piles up, and everything feels like too much.
Other times life looks fine from the outside — but inside, things feel tangled, lonely, or
confusing.
Individual therapy isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you — it’s about exploring what’s
happening beneath the surface with curiosity, compassion, and support.
Seeking help isn’t failure — it’s choosing to break
old patterns and protect what matters. Whether this is an attempt to repair or a
proactive step toward something stronger, therapy offers space for both
● Anxiety is constant or overwhelming
● Depression or numbness is taking up space
● Burnout is hitting harder than it used to
● Self-worth feels shaky
● You’re tired of being “strong” all the time
● Big emotions feel overwhelming
● Relationships bring both love and pain
● Old wounds keep showing up in new ways
● You’re navigating a major life transition
● Parenting, perinatal or postpartum feels heavy
● You want to understand yourself more deeply
● Healing feels overdue
Therapy with me is grounded, relational, and real. You get to show up exactly as you are — unsure, overwhelmed, guarded, emotional, curious, or all of the above. You don’t need to know where to start; I will guide the process, ask thoughtful questions, and help us find the thread. It’s my job to create safety and comfort in the room — not yours.
In our work, we slow things down. We tune into the nervous system, explore patterns and parts, and make space for the things that haven’t had room to breathe.
Not just coping — understanding. Not judging — meeting. Not fixing — integrating. We look at what’s happening inside (thoughts, emotions, bodily responses) and around you
(relationships, environment, stressors), because healing rarely happens alone — it grows in connection.
