Here to support individuals, couples, and parents through the messy, beautiful, and difficult parts of life and relationships.
Outside the therapy room, my life is full of the same messy, beautiful complexities many of my clients face. I’m a mom to kids ranging from toddler to preteens, a stepmom, a co-parent, a dog mom, a hockey mom, a mom, a sister, a half-sister, an aunt, a daughter, a wife, and an ex-wife. I know what it means to juggle many roles, embrace imperfections, and still search for joy. It’s this lived experience that makes me deeply honored to walk alongside clients as they do the same.
At the heart of my work is the belief that while we are often hurt in relationships, we can also heal through them. Many of the challenges we face today come from the ways we learned to cope and get by in our earliest relationships—ways that worked back then but may not serve us anymore. In therapy, I focus on the resilience you’ve already built, helping you create healthier boundaries and new ways of connecting that honor your needs and support your growth.

Available virtually or in person, individual counselling provides support for clients navigating relationships, emotional challenges, and major life changes. Together we’ll work toward relief from overwhelm, healthier boundaries, and a stronger sense of confidence and connection.
Family life can feel like way more than you signed up for. You try your best, but somehow it never feels like enough. Co-parenting, stepping into a blended family, or managing all the moving parts of shifting dynamics is harder than anyone tells you. Add in lawyers, family court, and all the fear and complications that come with them, and it can feel terrifying to navigate alone. The clash of parenting styles, shifting loyalties, and the weight of old hurts mixed with new expectations can leave you exhausted and second-guessing yourself. Together we can sort through the overwhelm, tune expectations so they feel more manageable, and find a way back to peace, happiness, and even joy in the middle of it all.
Preparing for a baby—or navigating the journey to get there—can bring joy, but also fear, grief, and anxiety. Fertility challenges, pregnancy complications, or birth experiences that didn’t go as planned can leave lasting marks. Then, once baby arrives, it’s like the world you once knew has been turned upside down. Hormones shift, anxiety creeps in, and you’re left asking: who even am I anymore? The overwhelm can feel endless—feeling deeply alone while never actually being alone, craving space for yourself that never seems to come. Friendships and relationships shift, identity feels blurry, and you may wonder where you fit into this new picture. Therapy can be the space where you finally get to exhale, reclaim a piece of yourself, and begin making sense of what life looks like now.
Life has a way of surprising us, and feelings of anxiety, depression, or burnout can show up at any point—whether we’re starting something new, moving through a big transition, caring for a loved one, or facing the changes that come with getting older. These challenges can feel heavy and isolating, but you don’t have to carry them alone. In our work together, I offer a caring, down-to-earth space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and find ways to feel more grounded and supported. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build practical coping tools, and rediscover moments of calm and clarity, even in the middle of life’s ups and downs.
As human beings, we’re wired for connection. The ways we have learned to adapt in our relationships may have helped us get through, but those same patterns can become painful or limiting now. Relational trauma doesn’t just disappear; it shapes how we show up, trust, and connect. In therapy, we’ll make sense of these patterns together and create space for new ways of relating that feel safer and more supportive."
