Virtual Couples Counselling Across BC

Your relationship is struggling. That doesn't mean it's over.

Maybe you’re arguing constantly.

Maybe you’re barely talking at all.

Maybe one of you feels lonely in the relationship while the other feels like nothing they do is ever enough.

Maybe trust has been broken.

Maybe intimacy has disappeared.

Maybe you’re stuck having the same conversation over and over again and getting nowhere.

Whatever brought you here, you’re probably exhausted.

Most couples don’t reach out for counselling because things are a little difficult. They reach out because they’ve tried everything they know how to do and they’re still feeling disconnected, hurt, frustrated, or hopeless.

The good news? You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Relationships are hard. You're not failing.

No one teaches us how to navigate resentment, parenting stress, betrayal, emotional disconnection, blended families, different communication styles, intimacy challenges, or major life transitions.

We just find ourselves in the middle of it wondering how we got here.

The truth is that most relationship problems aren’t caused by a lack of love.

They’re caused by painful patterns that couples get stuck in without realizing it.

Together we’ll slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create a path forward that feels possible.

Not by assigning blame.

Not by deciding who’s right.

But by helping both of you feel heard, understood, and connected again.

Virtual Counselling Across BC

Support should be accessible, convenient, and available when you need it.

Whether you’re in a busy city, a small town, or somewhere in between, virtual counselling allows us to connect from wherever you are. No commuting, no rushing across town, and no need to arrange your entire day around an appointment.

For many couples, meeting virtually actually makes counselling more accessible. You can join from the same room, different rooms in the same home, or different locations entirely when life circumstances require it.

Whether you’re navigating a busy family schedule, work commitments, travel, health challenges, childcare responsibilities, or simply prefer the comfort and privacy of your own space, support is available to meet you where you’re at.

The goal is simple: to make getting help feel easier, not harder.

What Working With Me Is Like

Couples often tell me they appreciate that I feel like a real person.

I won’t sit silently and nod while the two of you argue for an hour.

I’ll help slow down the conversation, identify what’s actually happening underneath the conflict, and guide you toward productive conversations that create change.

My approach is warm, direct, practical, and grounded in the belief that most people are doing the best they can with the tools they have.

Sometimes we just need new tools.

You don’t even need to know whether counselling is the right fit.
